Doretta'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning (McCormick)
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano (powder)
1 tsp. cumin (powder)
1 tsp. garlic (minced or dried)
3 c. hot water
2 regular cans Ranch Style beans
1 small can Wolf brand chili
Preparation

In large pot, cook ground meat over medium heat, breaking up with fork until loses pink color. Pour off fat. Return to heat. Add chopped onion and continue to saute until onion turns soft and clear. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix these ingredients with meat and onion. Add 3 cups hot water. Return to heat. Stir until begins to simmer. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add Ranch Style beans and Wolfe brand chili and simmer 10 more minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve over rice.
