Low-Fat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small sugar-free jello, any flavor (I like orange best)
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
1 c. lite cottage cheese
2 c. lite Cool Whip
graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Put everything except Cool Whip and graham cracker crumbs in blender and blend until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs in bottom of pie plate.
Pour mixture over crumbs; refrigerate.
