Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Old Bay cocktail sauce
2 c. fancy, mixed, shredded cheese
12 oz. shrimp, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
3 scallions, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise and place in bottom of 9 to 10-inch clear pie plate.
Layer in order on top of cream cheese mixture:
cocktail sauce, shredded cheese and chopped shrimp.
Combine and layer on top of shrimp:
green pepper and scallions.
Refrigerate.
Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving.
