Diabetic Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sucaryl sweetener
4 or 5 ripe bananas
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mash bananas.
Combine oil, Sucaryl, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix.
Add bananas.
Add flour slowly.
Add raisins and nuts last. Will be stiff.
Pour into 2 deep pans about 3 x 5-inch depth. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
