Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 medium carrots
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium tomato
    rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and juice until smooth. Stir in vinegar, catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Set aside. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry chicken in 2 tablespoons oil 5 or 6 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic salt; remove and keep warm.
