Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage
3 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook cabbage and drain.
Layer about one-half of the cabbage. Add a layer of sliced cheese.
Repeat balance of cabbage and cheese.
Dilute soup with small amount of water.
Pour over cabbage and cheese.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is bubbly. Crumble crackers over casserole.
Return to oven and brown.
