Swedish Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cream, sugar and gelatin.
Heat mixture over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat and allow to completely cool at room temperature or in refrigerator.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Chill.
Beat with a whisk before serving.
