Baking Powder Dutch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 c. flour
 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
- 
                            Mix together as pie crust and take out 3/4 cup of crumbs, then add 1 beaten egg and 1 cup milk and 2 teaspoons baking powder. Mix together and bake in pie tins.
 
Sprinkle crumbs over batter. Bake in greased pans 25 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
