Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green tomatoes (about 4)
    1/2 c. white cornmeal
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/4 tsp. onion salt or powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    cooking oil for frying
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    In shallow pan, place cornmeal, flour, sesame seed, onion salt and pepper.
