Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples (Jonathan or McIntosh)
    1/2 or 1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spread apples in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients with fork, then spread over the apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and crust is brown (about 30 minutes). Top with cream or whipped cream.
    You can also make this recipe using peaches.
