Chocolate Pecan Crisp Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 c. pecans, broken
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and blend well.
    Melt butter and chocolate together over double boiler.
    Add to egg mixture with nuts and vanilla; mix well. Pour into deep 9-inch pie shell, unbaked.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped or ice cream.
    (After pie cools, it has crisp chocolate crust over the top; crust breaks apart when pie is cut).
    Keep in sealed refrigerator container in the refrigerator.
