Prime Rib Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) rib roast
    flour
    salt
    coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Place roast in open roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then rub in flour.
    Make a tent of aluminum foil to cover meat, just to protect the oven.
    Roast for 10 minutes per pound (for rare).
    When roasting time is up, turn oven off.
    Leave meat in oven for 1 hour.
    Do not open oven.
