Mom'S Skillet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecan meats (optional)
    8 canned pineapple, sliced and drained (peaches may be substituted)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9-inch skillet.
    Remove from burner.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and nutmeats over bottom.
    Arrange fruit on sugar. Prepare following batter.
