1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 orange and grated rind
1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar)
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drop cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
