Rabbit In Sour Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, marinated
    4 medium carrots, cut up
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 lemon or lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. white wine
    2 bay leaves
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. sour cream
    sugar, mustard, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season the marinated cut up rabbit with salt and pepper. Brown in cooking oil.
    Remove the meat and set it aside.
    Add the onion, celery, carrot and parsley; saute briefly.
    Add flour, mustard, sugar and lemon juice to taste.
    Add wine, some water, bay leaves and return the rabbit to the sauce and cook until tender.
