Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. ice water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into mixture of flour, salt, egg and vinegar and add water a little at a time.
    Bake, with filling, at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
