Claudia Hurne'S Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned, crumpled and drained (or) 1/2 lb. ham, diced or cubed
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs
    7 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Spread bread cubes evenly over bottom of pan.
    Mix eggs and milk. Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well. Pour over bread cubes and let stand covered in refrigerator overnight.
