Baked Pears With Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. hazelnuts
2 tsp. honey
2 oz. peeled Brie cheese
4 pears, peeled, halved and cored
1 c. apple juice or sweet cider
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine raisins and hazelnuts in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped. With the motor running, add honey and cheese.
Continue to process until a soft ball forms. Spoon cheese mixture into cavities of the pears and set them in an ovenproof casserole.
Pour juice around them and bake until pears are tender (about 35 minutes).
Serve hot as a dessert, breakfast or snack.
Makes 4 servings.
