Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. each: soda and baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. coconut
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 round cake pans.
    Stir flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda and cinnamon together.
    Add carrots, undrained pineapple, oil, coconut and eggs; beat well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
