Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbsp. diced pimientos
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Drain the sauerkraut 15 minutes in a colander.
Cut with scissors into 1-inch pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The salad will store indefinitely.
Serves 8 to 10.
