Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until crust is nice and brown.
    Finish baking at 375\u00b0.
    Shake to tell when done.
