Tea For 50 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    6 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 gal. weak tea
    1 large bottle ginger ale
    fresh mint
Preparation
    Make syrup of water and sugar.
    Cool and add juices to tea. Just before serving, add ginger ale.
    Serve over ice in tall glasses.
    Garnish with fresh mint.
    The base may be frozen.
    Before serving, let base thaw partially and serve with ginger ale and mint.
