Antipasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral or rotelle macaroni
    1 1/4 c. ripe olives, pitted and sliced
    1 c. yellow-green-red pepper, diced
    1/4 lb. hard salami, thin strips
    1 small red onion (rings)
    1/4 to 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
    Drain well.
    Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Add pasta or macaroni and mix well.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
    Serves 6 to 8.
