Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs (beaten)
    1 1/2 cups salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (or nutmeg)
    2 cups mashed bananas
    2 cups chopped pecans (or other nuts)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, crushed pineapple (and juice), bananas, and 1 cup of nuts.
    Mix well.
    Use either three 9-inch pans or tube, or bundt pan, greased and floured.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely before icing.
