Chicken(Cousin Patty'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves (approximately 18 oz.)
chicken (as much as will fit in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish)

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Lay raw chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
