Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cups sliced zucchini
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 (6 ounce) package stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in carrots, squash and onions. Mix stuffing and butter. Spread half of stuffing in baking dish. Pour squash mixture over stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
