Aunt Irene'S Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (1/16-inch) egg noodles
    2 (16 oz.) containers real sour cream
    2 sticks real butter
    4 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
    The thinner the egg noodles the better.
    Cook the noodles according to directions being sure to add enough salt to the water.
    Do not overcook these noodles; be sure they are \"dente\". Place in a large casserole dish.
    Add the two sticks of butter. Add the sour cream and the poppy seeds.
    Season again with salt and a lot of pepper.
