Sunshine Blueberry Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. squeeze Parkay
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine margarine and sugar.
    Blend in eggs and lemon rind. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with orange juice, mixing well after each addition.
    Fold in blueberries and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
