Cucumber Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cucumber
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Peel and seed cucumber.
Grate enough cucumber to measure 1/2 cup.
Combine grated cucumber with remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Cover and chill.
