Potato Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 lb. potatoes, pared
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Working quickly, finely grate potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients until well blended.
    Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2 quart dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 one hour or until golden and crusty.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
