Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef shin
3 qt. water
1 large onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. crabmeat
vegetables
Preparation
-
Cook and simmer all ingredients except crabmeat and vegetables for 2 hours.
Add crabmeat.
Continue to cook and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook until they are done.
