Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    10 strips bacon
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Microwave bacon until crisp.
    Clean, dry and carefully remove stems (use stems for soups, sauces, etc.).
    Stuff mushrooms with mixture of ingredients above.
    Do not heap mixture on mushrooms as it will melt and be lost.
    Arrange about 12 mushrooms (as uniform in size as possible) in a circle on plate.
    Microwave on Roast about 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
