Barbecued Beef(Great Way To Use Leftover, Cold Roast Beef) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked roast beef, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cold water
4 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
parsley (optional)
celery leaves (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper, cold water, butter, onion slices and green pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Add catsup and beef. Refrigerate.
