Chili Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 medium sized onion, minced or chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. lean ground beef or ground chuck
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Pour chili into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs.
    Add the onion, green pepper, salt and meat broken into pieces.
    Tilt the bowl and cut through the mixture with a fork until blended.
    Tender mixing makes tender meat loaf.
    Shape into loaf and turn out into a greased shallow pan; smooth into shape.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
