Carrot And Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange or lemon gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. orange or lemon juice
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley, chives or dill
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Add orange or lemon juice to cream cheese and cream until smooth.
    Add carrot, sugar, salt, pepper and parsley to cream cheese.
    Gradually add cooled gelatin and pour mixture into a mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves.
    Serve with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
