Mexican Lasagna(Don'T Cook Anything First!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 taco packet
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. salsa
    2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. finely sliced onion
    1 can black olives
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, beans, oregano and garlic powder.
    Place 4 noodles in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread 1/2 mixture over noodles.
    Top with 4 more noodles and remaining mixture.
    Cover with 4 more noodles.
    Combine water and salsa; pour over all. Cover tight with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
