Linguini And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Linguini noodles
    Shrimp cleaned and de-veined
    3/4 cup olive oil (enough to cover bottom of frying pan)
    garlic toes (chopped fine)
    2 tablespoons of dried red peppers-crushed
    3 tablespoons of white wine
    1/4 cup fresh parsley-chopped
    knife tip of anchovy paste (you will not taste the anchovies!)
    Optional: one can of stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Clean and de-vein shrimp then butterfly them and set aside.
    In a frying pan pour oil (enough to cover bottom of pan).
    Add chopped garlic, dried red peppers then saut for about 2 minutes.
    Add wine, shrimp, and knife tip of anchovy paste and saut 2 more minutes Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Serve over linguini noodles.
    Best served with red wine.
