Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
approximately 5 1/2 c. flour

When the batter gets hard to mix with a mixer, stir in remaining flour.
