Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 fresh or frozen sliced peaches
    2/3 c. sugar or sugar substitute
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pastry shell
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Place peaches in pastry shell.
    Mix together the sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Gradually add the cream.
    Pour over peaches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    You may also use blackberries or strawberries for this recipe.
