Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry wine
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
Preparation

Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts, separating at joints (use wing tips later for stock or freezer).
In 12 x 9-inch baking pan, mix remaining ingredients.
Add chicken wings.
Turn to coat well. Let marinate at least 1 hour or longer, turning occasionally, or cover overnight.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake chicken in marinade uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
Makes 24 appetizers.
