Apple Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
5 oz. all-purpose flour
4 to 6 c. apples
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples.
Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 ounce of flour in a bowl.
Combine lemon juice and apples.
Mix with sugar mixture.
Put in a baking dish.
Mix butter, remaining flour and cinnamon.
Add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is golden.
