Turkey-Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
    1/2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook turkey, onion and pepper; drain if necessary.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cook noodles; drain.
    In a small bowl, combine the cheeses, yogurt and poppy seed.
    Toss the cheese mixture with the hot noodles.
    Layer 3/4 of the noodle mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spoon in meat mixture over center, leaving a 1 to 2-inch border of uncovered noodles.
    Layer remaining noodles over the meat.
    Bake in covered dish for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover; bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, or until heated through.
