Ingredients

12 tart apples
2 medium onions
2 green peppers
2 c. vinegar
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. tart jelly
2 c. sugar
4 lemons (juice and grated rind)
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pare, core and slice apples.
Mince onions and peppers and add to apples, along with vinegar, raisins, jelly and the rest of the ingredients.
Boil until thick, stirring constantly.
Pack boiling hot into hot, sterilized jars.
Seal.
