Blueberry Crunch Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 to 3 c. blueberries
1 1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Make well in center. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until moistened through. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yields 2 loaves.
