Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour (bread flour works well)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Mix well.
    Put into refrigerator for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Because it's made without milk, it will keep for up to 5 days.
    No kneading.
    Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned at 400\u00b0.
    Makes about 3 dozen rolls.
