Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fryer
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 pkg. cornmeal stuffing
Preparation
    Cook chicken; bone and skin.
    Cook celery and onion in butter until soft.
    Heat mushroom soup, chicken soup and broth; pour over stuffing, onion and celery and mix.
    Butter baking dish; place boned chicken.
    Cover with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
