Skillet Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. crushed gingersnaps
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add apples and cook slow until golden brown.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly for about 2 minutes.
    Pour in individual or regular baked crust.
    Top with whipped topping if desired.
