Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 carton frozen chives, defrosted
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    lemon pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done and don't use them until they are cool (may cook them the day before).
    Dice the potatoes and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper; add other ingredients.
    Put in a casserole dish and cook about 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook a few more minutes.
    (Use 1 medium potato per person.)
