Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion, 1 stick margarine, cheese, salt and pepper thoroughly.
Place into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Spread over potato mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
