Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour.
    Slowly add milk and cook until smooth and thickened.
    Add salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Pour over macaroni and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
